Located in Neutral Bay on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, this heritage balcony restoration addressed advanced timber deterioration while preserving the original architectural character of the façade.
The project focused on structural timber replacement, reinforcement of the existing balcony subframe and the integration of a modern waterproofing system within an older structure. All works were delivered with careful attention to heritage detailing and long-term durability, ensuring the balcony remains structurally sound and protected against future water ingress.
