Behind ASIV Constructions is Alex, a licensed builder with a foundation in carpentry and a deep respect for precision construction. What began as hands-on timber work developed into managing full residential builds across Sydney, with experience built project by project and stage by stage. Alex’s background in carpentry remains central to the way ASIV operates today. Every build is approached with a strong understanding of structure, materials and detail, not just management from a distance, but practical knowledge on site.
