MOSMAN PROJECT | KITCHEN RENOVATION & FLOOR RECONSTRUCTION

This residential renovation involved a major internal rebuild focused on structural floor reconstruction and the reconfiguration of key living spaces.
The project included the removal of the existing kitchen and floor structure, excavation works beneath the slab, and the construction of a new structural floor frame. The internal layout was upgraded to improve functionality across the kitchen, laundry and living areas, with all works delivered through close coordination between building, engineering and finishing trades.

• Full kitchen strip-out and internal demolition
• Structural floor reconstruction including excavation, engineering input and new floor framing
• Installation of insulation, Yellow Tongue flooring and new timber floors
• Creation of new openings for the kitchen and chimney
• Installation of new external door, door jambs, architraves and skirting
• Coordination of electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and ceiling works
• Final structural and finishing works including plasterboard replacement and engineering certification
