Overview
Located in Coogee within Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this major residential renovation involved the complete transformation of a three-level coastal home. Delivered in partnership with Handy Hutch, the project required large-scale structural reconfiguration, full roof reconstruction and detailed architectural execution across all levels.
The scope included the removal of multiple load-bearing walls, installation of heavy structural steel and the integration of high-end architectural finishes throughout the residence.
